Russia and Belarus have agreed to use unmanned aircraft to patrol their borders, a Belarusian official said Friday. Belarus has held negotiations with neighboring countries and several international bodies to ensure border security in the region since the second half of 2012, State Border Committee Chairman Alexander Boyechko told local media. Boyechko said Belarus is implementing several cooperative projects in various areas with Ukraine and Latvia to improve security along their common borders.
