Russian Foreign Ministry on Tuesday condemned the terrorist suicide explosions at al-Marjeh in Damascus, offering condolences to the families of victims. \"Behind this crime stand those who try with all means to prevent Syria from shifting into the political settlement track to resolve the crisis, particularly during this decisive stage of preparations for Geneva international conference,\" The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement. Fourteen Syrian citizens were martyred and scores others wounded by two suicidal explosions in al-Marjeh today. Moscow Denounces Terrorists\' Execution of Child in Aleppo In a relevant context, Moscow condemned the heinous crime perpetrated by the armed terrorist groups in Syria that killed a 15-year-old child before his parents in Aleppo. In a statement released by the Ministry on Tuesday, it expressed strong \"resentment\" and \"worry\" over the nature of this crime as the gunmen game an image of the act as being \"an execution for religious reasons\". \"Such heinous provocative acts lead only to escalating the already complex situation in Syria and the region as far as religious relations area concerned,\" the Ministry said. It added that \"Those who are supporting and sympathizing with the Syrian gunmen should use their influence to stop the series of the crimes against humanity committed by the armed groups, including kidnapping, torturing and killing civilians.\" The statement highlighted that this new crime stresses the need to quickly reach a political settlement to the crisis. The armed terrorist groups kidnapped and tortured a 15-year-old boy before shooting him with two bullets in the head and neck in front of his family in al-Shaar neighborhood in Aleppo, accusing the boy of infidelity.
