Russian Ministry Emergency Situation sent on Monday two aircrafts loaded with Humanitarian aid to Syria. Russian News Agency Itar-Tass said that two aircrafts, Ilyushin-76, loaded with 64 tons of aid include tents, food and heaters headed to Latakiyah to be distributed for Syrians. The agency added, the planes on their way back to Russia will transport the Russian civilians in Syria back home.
