The President of Russia Vladimir Putin said that Moscow will continue its efforts in order to solve the Syrian crisis as soon as possible without outside interference. He said, following a meeting today with the South African President Jacob Zuma at Russia’s Sochi resort, that his country intends to continue to work to stop the violence and will support the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Syrian state. Russia and South Africa have agreed to continue coordinating their positions on Syria, he added.
