Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations Ambassador Vitaly Churkin said Moscow will work alongside Egypt in issuing a resolution from UN Security Council on Libya, reported Sputnik news agency.
Churkin said he met with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and agreed with him on working together to issue a resolution from the UN.
He said Russia will also back any move by the UN Security Council as regards the situation in Libya.
