Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu is to meet Tuesday with visiting Egyptian Defense Minister Sedqi Sobhi at the headquarters of the Russian Defense Ministry.
The two ministers are to probe boosting bilateral military and security cooperation.
Also, they are expected to mull over exchanging and transfering military expertise between the two countries' armed forces.
Sobhi arrived here Saturday leading a high-profile military delegation.
During the several-day visit, Sobhi would confer with a number of senior military officials in Russia.
