Russian Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev will visit Iran next April to discuss a broad range of trade and commercial issues, between Moscow and Tehran.Ulyukayev is expected tp visit Tehran on March 21 so as to review the deal “oil-for-rail”, which is targeted to export of Iranian oil to Russia in return Russia to establish railways in Iran , the Iranian media reported today.Ulyukayev told reporters that he planned to head to Tehran at the end of April and not in March to discuss strengthening economic relations between the two countries.
