Russia's Ambassador, Alexander Zasypkin, said Thursday the Lebanese must work all together to reach the required agreement over the domestic internal agenda, at a time where the country is descending into vacuum."We hope the Lebanese would agree on the [new] government in the nearest time possible. Of course, we do not interfere in the internal affairs, but we hope the Cabinet is formed in a climate of consensus for the nation's best interest," the envoy told reporters following his meeting today with lawmaker Emile Rahme. The pair reportedly discussed an array of most recent developments and the current juncture in Lebanon and the broader Arab region, with the diplomat maintaining Russia will spare no efforts to hold Geneva talks on time.
