Russian President Vladimir Putin held talks Tuesday with visiting Secretary General of the Saudi National Security Council Prince Bandar bin Sultan on the Syrian conflict and preparations for Geneva II. The presidency spokesman was quoted by Interfax news agency as saying Putin and Prince Sultan, also head of General Intelligence, noted that there were positive dynamism within international efforts which aimed at addressing the Iranian nuclear file. He said the two men also discussed the latest developments in the Middle East and North Africa. He did not elaborate further. This is Prince Bandar's second visit to Moscow over the past two months
