The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has said that his country wants to develop the relations with European Union (EU) to be strong and firm.During the opening plenary session between Russia and the European Commission in Moscow today, the European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso said that the meeting would find solutions to the problems between the two sides.
