Cairo - MENA
Rwanda said it will reopen its embassy in Cairo after it was closed in 1985 as a cost-cutting measure.
Egyptians and Rwandan diplomats met in Cairo Wednesday to discuss the reopening measures.
The move is seen as a direct result of a meeting that grouped Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al Sisi and his Rwandan counterpart Paul Kagame in Sharm el Sheikh in March.
The embassy is due to be opened by the end of May.
