Rwandan President Paul Kagame and an official delegation accompanying him arrived in Kuwait Sunday to participate in the 3rd Africa-Arab Summit, due on November 19-20. He was received at the airport by Deputy Minister of the Amiri Diwan Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah.
