The President of the Republic of South Sudan, Salva Kiir, has affirmed the commitment of his country to implementation of the Cooperation Agreements Matrix which was signed between Sudan and South Sudan in Addis Ababa, indicating that his country obtains all the mechanisms to implement this matrix on the ground. Addressing the sitting of talks between the two parties at the Friendship Hall Tuesday, President Salva Kiir affirmed the commitment of his country not to harbor and not to support any rebel groups, adding that \" we do not harbor and support rebels against the government of Sudan, and this can be verified. Sudan and South Sudan can not always in a state of war. The two countries are neighbors and this neighborhood can be utilized for extending services for the citizens of the two countries. Kiir has called for benefiting from the African experts team who were selected by the African Union for demarcation of the border and the zero line. He said that the citizens of South Sudan are eagerly awaiting contacts with the citizens of Sudan and arrival of commodities to them. President Salva Kiir went on to say that establishment of good relations between Khartoum and Juba will enable the students of South Sudan to live comfortably. He said that the two countries have negotiated much and signed agreements, adding that these agreements shall be implemented on the ground. He asserted the readiness of his government for cooperation with Khartoum for implementing the agreements, surpassing all the impediments and enhancing the relations between the two countries for the interest of the two peoples. He said that the two countries are capable of implementing the agreements between them without foreign support.
