Saudi Foreign Affairs Minister Prince Saud al Faisal hailed on Sunday the Saudi-French ties, noting that the visit of French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius will further boost relations.

Speaking at a joint press conference with Fabious, Faisal said they reviewed the latest developments in the region and aspects of cooperation between the two friendly countries.

He termed his meeting with the French foreign minister as important.

He further hailed t progress in ties between Saudi Arabia and France.

Earlier in the day, Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud held a meeting with the French diplomat.
