Saudi Arabia’s decision to reduce quota of Hajj passports for Algeria, sovereign

Interior Minister Tayeb Belaiz said on Monday in Algiers that the reduction of quota of special Hajj passports for Algeria from 36,000 to 28,000 was "a sovereign decision of Saudi Arabia that we can’t comment."
