The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington has welcomed the sentencing of Manssor Arbabsiar to 25 years in prison for plotting to assassinate Saudi Ambassador to the U.S. Adel bin Mohammed Al-Jubeir. “The sentencing today is another step along the road to justice and sends a message of determination against those who seek to disrupt order in the international community through flagrant violations of international laws, human values and ethics,” the Embassy said in a statement on Thursday.
