Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al Jubeir met at his residence in Washington US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Anne Patterson, state-run Saudi Press Agency reported Thursday.

During the meeting, they completed reviewing issues which have been discussed, last night, by Al Jubeir and US Secretary of State John Kerry.

The meeting has been attended by the accompanying delegation.

The talks came ahead of planned meeting between Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz and US President Barack Obama.
