Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz held an official session of talks in Riyadh on Monday with Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The talks tackled means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in various fields, issues of common interest and the developments on regional and international arenas.
The talks were attended on the Saudi side by Crown Prince Muqrin bin Abdel Aziz and senior officials along with Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Noman Kortellmh, Deputy Prime Minister Yalcin Akdogan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu, Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekci, Deputy Chairman of Development and Justice Party Yassin Oktay, and a number of officials, the Saudi news agency said.
Sources close to the Turkish presidency said the talks dealt with boosting cooperation between the two countries especially in the political, economic, security and defense domains.
