Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense of Saudi Arabia received S Ambassador Joseph Westphal, SPA news agency reported.
During the meeting, Ambassador Westphal conveyed a message from US Secretary of Defense to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The US ambassador congratulated Prince Mohammed on being appointed as Minister of Defense.
Prince Mohammed thanked the ambassador for his noble feelings. The meeting discussed a number of issues of common interest.
