Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi discussed here on Sunday with the Norwegian Minister of Energy Ola Borten Moe, and his accompanying delegation ways to bolster bilateral ties in various domains. During the meeting, Al-Naimi said that Saudi and Norway share some major characteristics; both of them enjoy great natural resources, administer and organize these resources in the best way, and work to use them to develop their national economies as well as to maintain stability of the global oil market. He extolled the role played by Norway over the past decades for reassuring and the stability of the global oil market, and its contribution in a key role to the formation of the International Energy Forum in Riyadh. Both sides also reviewed the situations of the international oil market and the Kingdom\'s quest for the market\'s stability and promoting cooperation between the Member States of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and countries from outside the Organization.
