An Interior Ministry source said that the ministry is exerting utmost effort to arrest a man who shot political activist Muhand Samir in Tahrir Square early Monday. \"The ministry spares no effort to bring the perpetrator to justice,\" said the source. Samir was shot by a cartridge in the head. Scores of protesters are still staging a sit-in in the iconic square.
