Secretary General of United Nation Ban Ki-moon called on the international community to move in the Central African Republic before it is too late.At a joint news conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin today, Ban Ki-moon said that he hopes that the international community acts decisively in the form before it is too late, praising the European Union's decision to deploy 500 additional troops.The UN official explained that the situation is very serious, pointing out that atrocities were committed in Central Africa on a large scale in addition to crimes, arbitrary arrests, physical violence and recruitment of children for military purposes.
