Security courses organized by a police research center at the Police Academy in Cairo for African trainees have been wrapped up.
As many as 101 trainees from 19 African countries had underwent the sessions.
They are from: Sudan, South Sudan, Ghana, Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Gabon, Mali, Rwanda, DRC, Uganda, Nigeria, Somalia, Zambia, and Togo.
The courses tackled topics such as fighting terrorism, organized crime, armed conflicts, securing facilities, institutions, and prominent figures against terrorist attacks.
Other courses were held for 36 trainees from Mongolia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Ukraine were also concluded.
