Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal was received Thursday by French President François Hollande at the Elysee, in Paris, where he will take part in the Summit on Peace and Security in Africa (December 6-7). The audience afterwards extended to the members of both delegations. Following the meeting with the French president, Sellal said the two sides "are for a special partnership." He told Algerian and French reporters he would make a declaration at the end of the Summit on Peace and Security in Africa, to take place Friday in the Elysee. The Prime Minister is in Paris to represent President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika at the summit devoted to Africa.
