South Korea's deputy foreign minister will visit Washington next week for an annual strategic dialogue with US officials that is expected to focus on North Korea, according to South Korea's News (Yonhap). The four-day trip to Washington by Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kyou-hyun is also expected to include discussions on China's new air defense zone over the East China Sea that has caused tension with neighboring countries, including South Korea and Japan.
