Settlers and elements of the Israeli occupation forces stormed on Wednesday Al Aqsa Mosque.

They left the mosque after the worshipers chanted protest slogans.

Tension prevailed in Al Aqsa Mosque after the settlers, supported by the Israeli police, attacked the mosque, according to local sources.

The Israeli police attempted to arrest one of the children, but the worshipers intervened and the police withdrew from the place without nabbing the child.
