On Wednesday settlers set fire to the Ali Bin Talib mosque in bin Deir Istiya village in the Salfit Governorate and also spray-painted racist slogans on the mosque’s walls.Mayor of Deir Istiya village, Ayoub Abu Hajleh, said that settlers torched the building at 3 a.m. and caused partial damages to the mosque. He added that the village’s residents rushed to the place and put out the fire.He also said that settlers spray-painted racist slogans on the walls of the mosque and its surrounding area.
