Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met in Barcelona on Monday with Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo.

They discussed bilateral relations and means to develop them in the cultural, economic and investment domains, as well as the outcome of Sharm El Sheikh economic conference and the exchange of visits between the two countries' officials.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Badr Abdel Ati said minister Shoukry also discussed with his Spanish counterpart regional issues topped by the Libyan file and means to achieve a political solution to the crisis in parallel with the Libyan government efforts to fight terrorism.
