Chairman of the Shura Council\'s Arab Affairs, Defense and National Security Committee Reda Fahmy met on Thursday with a Turkish parliamentary delegation led by head of \"Saadet\" Party Mustafa Kamalak. During the meeting, Fahmy underlined the importance of supporting economic development in the two countries. For his part, Kamalak affirmed that Egypt is one of the largest countries in the Middle East for having historical roots and contemporary infrastructure.
