Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi laid a wreath at the Memorial of the Unknown Soldier near the Kremlin Palace in the Russian capital on Wednesday.

The move comes ahead of the start of the summit talks between Sisi and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Sisi arrived in Moscow on Tuesday for talks on boosting bilateral cooperation.
