President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met on Sunday Somalia's President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, Comoros President Ikililou Dhoinine and Equatorial Guinea First Vice President Ignacio Milam Tang.
This came on the sidelines of the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) in Sharm el Sheikh, Presidency Spokesman Alaa Youssef said.
During his meeting with Sisi, Mohamud expressed his appreciation over Egypt's support to Somalis.
Sisi stressed Egypt's commitment to support Somalia in various fields especially educational, religious and medical fields.
Meanwhile, Sisi discussed with Dhoinine means of boosting bilateral relations in various fields especially power and human development as well as increasing the number of scholarships to Comorians in the Egyptian universities.
During his meeting with Sisi, Tang delivered a message from Equatorial Guinea President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo who greeted the president over the international economic conference.
In the message, Mbasogo asserted his country's support to the Egyptian government in its bid to achieve security and stability.
Meanwhile, Tang underlined his country's keenness to boost relations with Egypt in all domains.
