South African Deputy Foreign Minister Ibrahim Ismail is expected here tomorrow on an official visit, the first to Pakistan by a high-level South African official since 1994. During the visit Ismail will meet with Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar and a number of officials to discuss relations between the two countries and matters of mutual concern.
