State prosecutors on Thursday dismissed a request to ban overseas travel of former Vice Justice Minister Kim Hak-eui, who resigned after allegations emerged about his possible involvement in a sex bribery scandal.The Seoul Central District Prosecutors\' Office said it turned down a request made by a special investigative unit of the National Police Agency to prevent Kim from leaving the country.
