South Korea is scheduled to soon open full-fledged embassies in Mozambique and Uganda as it seeks to expand its economic presence in Africa and boost oil imports from outside the Middle East, an official said Tuesday. The decision came ahead of back-to-back summit talks in Seoul between President Park Geun-hye and leaders of the two African nations. Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni will arrive on Wednesday for a three-day visit that includes a summit with Park.
