Top South Korean, U.S. and Japanese nuclear envoys will meet in Washington next week to discuss ways to deal with North Korea demands for the unconditional resumption of dialogue, according to the State Department. Glyn Davies, the U.S. special representative for North Korea policy, will host a trilateral meeting on Wednesday with his South Korean and Japanese counterparts -- Cho Tae-yong and Junichi Ihara, the department said Friday in a press release.
