Just a month away from the expiry of the deal on sharing costs for American troops on South Korean soil, the two allies plan to resume talks for its renewal next week. South Korea and the United States plan to hold their eighth round of talks next Wednesday in Washington to decide how much Seoul will pay for the presence of the 28,500-strong U.S. Forces Korea (USFK).
