Talks between the warring parties in South Sudan have been delayed until further notice, the Ethiopian government announced. Representatives of President Salva Kiir and sacked Vice-President Riek Machar were due to meet face-to-face today, Saturday, to reach an agreement to end weeks of violence in their country.Over 1,000 people have been killed and more than 180,000 people n displaced since the beginning of the conflict on December 15.
