Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy on Wednesday arrived in Rabat for an official visit to Morocco, during which he, along with his Moroccan peer Abdelilah Benkirane, chair the 10th high-level meeting between the two countries. The meeting\'s agenda includes bilateral economic and commercial ties, in addition to issues of mutual concern. The two countries are set to sign an educational agreement that facilitates the exchange of teachers, and another agreement to cancel travel visas for service passports.
