The special ballot for the security services and the army for the provincial elections started in Iraq on Saturday morning. The Electoral Commission for elections opened 1845 stations in 420 polling center to the voters that includes elements of the army and police. Spokesman for the Commission, Safaa al-Moussawi told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the Commission opened all the polling stations for the army and police totaling more than 650 thousands. He noted that the Electoral Commission will close the polls in the afternoon.
