President of Sri Lanka, Mahinda Rajapaksa, started Monday an official visit to Palestine.Rajapaksa, accompanied by Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah, laid a wreath at the grave of the late president, Yasser Arafat, before getting an official reception with President Mahmoud Abbas.The military band played the Sri Lankan and Palestinian national anthems before the two leaders inspected the honor guard.The two leaders started official talks immediately after.
