Sudan's second vice-president Hassabo Mohamed Abdel-Rahman has called on the African countries not to recognize the international criminal court.
The remarks were made Wednesday during the fifth conference of the speakers of the parliaments of IGAD Member States.
Abdel Rahman underlined his country’s commitment to comprehensive dialogue as a mean to resolve issues facing the African countries.
