President of Sudan Omar al-Bashir addressed here today the opening session of East African Ministers of Defense Conference.

Al-Bashir asserted that Sudan is ready to dispose its potentials and expertise, in order to best serve the interest of Africa and make it free of conflicts and wars, calling on all African nations to close their ranks and establish rules for security, peace and meaningful joint action.
