A suicide attack that rocked Kabul city left the attacker dead and injured another on Thursday, Ministry of Interior said in a statement released here. "A man who strapped explosive device to his body blew himself up in Charahi Sarsabzi area in forth police district at 09:15 a.m. local time today, killing himself on the spot and injured another slightly," the statement sent to media outlets said. In the statement, the Interior Ministry blamed the "enemies of Afghanistan," a reference to Taliban militants for organizing the attack and condemned it. Meanwhile, an eye witness speaking on condition of anonymity disputed the claim of the Interior Ministry, insisting two persons were killed and four others injured in the suicide attack that caused panic among the war-weary Afghans. Taliban militants have yet to make comment.
