A convoy carrying supplies meant for Jordan’s military field hospital in Gaza, “Gaza 24?, arrived in the Strip on Monday through the Beit Hanoun border crossing. Commander of the hospital Mohammad Saleh Bani Ahmad said that the seven-truck convoy carried supplies that included medical equipment and other material required to sustain the hospital’s services. He said the arrival of the convoy will support the work being carried out by the hospital and enable it to offer better medical services to the Palestinians in the coastal enclave. Hospital director Mohamamd Raqqad said the staff of “Gaza 24? have treated more than 35,000 patients in the last two months, adding that the Jordanian field hospital also conducted more than 250 major and minor surgeries. The “Gaza 24? will leave the coastal enclave on Wednesday and will be replaced by “Gaza 25? which will arrive in Gaza today.
