Archbishop of Uppsala and Primate of Sweden Antje Jackelen on Saturday received Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Diocese.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed churches' role in promoting peace all over the world.

Pope Tawadros II left Cairo on Sept 12 in a tour of Sweden, Denmark, the U.S. and Ethiopia.
