The French project to support the new constitution held in Sana\'a on Wednesday a symposium on the judicial system reform in the new constitution. In the symposium lawyer expert Ormond Teryan delivered a lecture included a number of topics related priority features of a good judicial system, judicial independence standards, the advantages of establishing high judicial boards, strengthening the constitutional guarantees of the judicial independence, and other topics related to the judicial system reform in the new constitution. Professor Francois Frison-Roche, a specialist in drafting of constitutions, also spoke in the symposium, displaying a number of views and proposals on constitution, advantages of democratic political systems and the form of the state in addition to the importance of drafting a constitution meets with the reality and needs of development and the strategic visions for Yemen\'s future. An elite of politicians, parliamentarians and intellectuals attended the symposium and took part in the debates focusing on the new regulatory laws that should ensure the effective independence of the judiciary and judges and cope with the international standards of independence and impartiality of the judiciary.
