Hundreds of families that were displaced from al-Muadamiye area in Damascus Countryside by terrorists' violence began returning to their homes after an atmosphere of calm and peace was established through national reconciliation efforts. Supervisor of the reconciliation initiative in al-Muadamiye, Hasan Ghandour, said that locals began returning to the area voluntarily four days ago, and that there's a program for returning around 40,000 to the area within the next few weeks, SANA reported. He said that there is coordination with the authorities and efforts exerted by the Syrian army to facilitate the return of the locals to their homes.
