Chairman of African Union High-Level Implementation Mechanism for Sudan Thabo Mbekii arrived in Khartoum on Friday. His visit comes in the framework of consultations with the parties of negotiation, Sudan and South Sudan, to bring closer the views of two parties on the disputed issues, preparing for the coming round of negotiation in next september, the official news afency ‘SUNA’ said. Mbeki will meet a number of officials in Sudan to exchange points of view on the negotiations’ stance and means to push them forward, it added.
