Tunisia's National Constituent Assembly (NCA) completed tonight the article-by-article adoption of the draft Constitution. The document will be voted in its entirety within 24 hours, as confirmed by NCA President Mustapha Ben Jaafar. The NCA members chanted the national anthem to celebrate the achievement which was made after a series of public sessions that started on January 3.
