Turkey arrests Syrian suspects

Turkey has arrested a total of seven suspects from Syria over a suicide bombing that killed 10 German tourists in Istanbul, according to CNN.

The bomber, identified as a member of Daesh terrorist group who had entered Turkey as a refugee from Syria, blew himself up on Tuesday among tourists visiting some of Istanbul's most popular attractions.

Ankara has said that Tuesday's strike was perpetrated by a 28-year-old Syrian who belonged to the IS group and had recently entered Turkey from Syria as a migrant.

Fifteen people, mostly foreigners, were also wounded in the attack.
